What is it intended

Sử dụng cho khuôn chất liệu kim loại, gỗ, đất nung, nhựa cứng nhằm ngăn ngừa thẩm thấu của mỡ, dầu ngấm vào bê tông và dễ dàng tách khuôn sau khi đúc. MC-99 làm mịn bóng và trơn bề mặt để giảm bong bóng khí trong khi đúc. Gia tăng độ bền sử dụng cho khuôn kim loại và khuôn ván gỗ. Sử dụng cho công trình công nghiệp, cầu, hầm, công trình kiến trúc, bê tông mặt dựng, đá gạch trang trí gắn trên bê tông.

Metal / wood / clay / plastic moulds, to prevent absorption of grease / oil into concrete and for easy separation of the moulds after casting. MC-99 smoothing the surface & slips the concrete reduces air bubbles in the cast. Extends the life of metal moulds & wooden boards. Allows easy separation of the concrete moulds. For use in the construction industry infrastructures, bridges, tunnels, architectural, decorative concrete, interlocking stones, mosaics, sculptures and more.

Facilitates full, smooth and easy streaming of the concrete within the space of the mold and thereby drastically reduces “tearing”, holes or air bubbles after casting / 

Ngăn hấp thụ dầu mỡ vào bê tông, giúp tiết kiệm chi phí làm sạch và đánh bóng bề mặt, làm cho sơn/vữa chát không bị sủi bọt do cặn dầu mỡ bám trên bề mặt

Prevents absorption of grease/oil into the concrete and thereby saves on costs of cleaning and removal, and therefore the plaster/paint remains clean without bubbling outwards of grease/oil stains.

  • There is no need to spread grease or other lubricants, and therefore there is no grease to be absorbed and contaminate the concrete/casting material.

    1. Is environmentally friendly, non-flammable, non-toxic and not dangerous to use or store like most lubricants.

      How to apply

      Application instructions:

      1. Lau sạch bề mặt, loại bỏ dầu mỡ và bụi bẩn

      Remove grease, oil and dirt.

      2. Loại bỏ cặn bê tông khỏi khuôn

      To remove concrete residues from metal molds.

      3. MC-99 là dung dịch dùng luôn, không cần pha chế

      MC-99 are

      ready for use. DO NOT DILUTE.

      4. Sử dụng trên bề mặt khô và sạch

      Apply on a dry and clean surface.

      5. Lắc kỹ và đều trước khi dùng và tiếp tục lắc trong quá trình sử dụng

      Mix well before use and occasionally during work.

      6. Duy nhất lần đầu tiên quét 3 lớp, chờ khô lớp trước để quét lớp sau, MC-99 rất nhanh khô

      Only for the first time

      apply thoroughly 3 layers. Wait for complete drying between layers. MC-99 dries quickly.

      7. Các lần đúc tiếp theo chỉ cần quét một lớp

      For every additional casting apply only one layer.

      8. Tools required: con lăn, bàn chải và bình xịt

      Application means: roller, brush and sprayer.

      9. Nếu sử dụng khuôn gỗ hoặc đất nung, nên sử dụng gỗ đã sơn lót

      When applying on wood/clay molds, use pre-coating of wood lacquer.

      10. Lau chùi vệ sinh bằng nước và xà phòng trung tính

      Cleaning: soap and water.
